Monday, 14th November 7:30pm-10:30pm
Palazzo Gerini
Open only to WLPGA and AEGPL members & spouses

Dress code: Business Attire

The Palace was built in the 16th century and its construction was attributed to the architects Buontalenti or Ammannati. In 1650, the family Gerini – recently began marquis – bought the palace and started redecorating the entire building. Many important artists were involved in the decoration of the salons such as Bezzuoli, Sabatelli, Marini and Gatti. The restauration gave new splendors to the magnificent palace. These days, the Palace is still a private residence owned by the Cavalletti Gaetani family.

Palazzo Vecchio

Palazzo Vecchio has been the symbol of the civic power of Florence for over seven centuries. The project was attributed to Arnolfo di Cambio andbuilt between the end of the 13th century and the beginning of the 14th to house the city council. Its current appearance is mainly due to the splendid restoration work and interior decoration carried out in the mid-sixteenth century until it became the seat of the Florence City Council in 1871 and a precious museum. Join us for a memorable evening!
