You can book your accommodation by registering to the event online or by using the registration form.
For any questions regarding your accommodation please contact the organising secretariat.

Rooms have been pre-booked for participants near the event venue. 

Rates indicated below have been especially negotiated and can be obtained only through the Organising Secretariat (under reservation conditions indicated below). 
Rates are per night and per room and include breakfast.

  1) If you are NOT VAT registered in Italy: room rates include breakfast and 22% Italian VAT*

2) If you ARE VAT registered in Italy: room rates are net of VAT and include breakfast

Hotel Reservation: reservation requests received will be subject to room availability and cannot be guaranteed by the organisers.

Please note that in order to book your hotel online, bookings have to be made at the same time as the event registration.


In order to benefit from the above mentioned rates, reservation requests have to
be submitted and handled exclusively by the Organising Secretariat (MCI).

A 15€ net of VAT or a 18.30€ including 22% Italian VAT booking fee will be charged as handling fees per hotel reservation. All nights must be prepaid in advance.The amount corresponding to your entire stay will be charged upon reservation and will be automatically deducted from the total amount of your hotel bill at check out. 

If you shorten your stay, no refund will be made of the cancelled pre-paid room nights. In case of no-show, no refund will be issued. Bookings are ensured on a first-come first-served basis.


Upon receipt of your hotel reservation request, MCI will send you an invoice/confirmation letter summarising accommodation details and specifying your payment status.


Cancellations must be notified in writing (by mail, fax or by email) to the Organising Secretariat and are subject to the following conditions:

• No refunds will be issued. No deposit refunds will be issued for cancellation or no-show due to failure to obtain a visa.
• All registered participants who did not notify cancellation to the Organising Secretariat in writing before the event will be liable to pay the full registration and accommodation fees.


All guests will be responsible for their own accommodation and incidental charges which are to be settled upon departure from the hotel.
